The results of the study indicate that the use of positive language, providing constructive feedback, modeling by teachers, providing opportunities for public speaking, and creating a supportive learning environment are the main strategies in building character and self-confidence in students. In addition, obstacles such as differences in student backgrounds and time constraints are challenges that must be overcome with an adaptive approach. This study provides insight into the importance of the role of communication in supporting holistic student development, with recommendations for improving teacher training to optimize communication in the classroom
